A scenic 225 mile drive or a 45 minute flight from Anchorage,
Homer is a magical small town on the lower Kenai Peninsula. From the
cottage deck enjoy a panoramic view of Kachemak Bay with its dramatic backdrop
of the snow-capped Kenai Mountain Range featuring glaciers extending seaward
from the massive Grewink Ice Field.
Watch eagles, sea otters, sea lions, and a wide variety
of seabirds from your doorstep as you bask in the peaceful, unobstructed
view of the shipping lanes.
Prepare breakfast in the cottage then set out to experience
the diversity of recreation and entertainment choices the town offers. Afterwards,
dine in one of Homer's finest restaurants, many within short walking distance.
RATES: $145 single or double; $15 per additional
person; two night minimum or add $25, $15 per stay pet fee.
DISCOUNTS: $50 weekly discount; May (before Memorial Day weekend) and September discounts. Last-minute discounts upon availability. Excellent winter rates.
CANCELLATION POLICY: A 30-day cancellation notice must be given for a full refund minus a $30 processing fee. If less than 30 days notice is given, we will do our best to fill your booking. Cancellation policy changes with length of stay. Three days or less requires 30 days notice. Four-six day bookings requires 60 days notice. Seven days or more requires 90-days notice.

on the Beach. This upper story of a single family home on the bluff has a private
entrance, two bedrooms, full kitchen and bath with the same unobstructed view
of the water.

Mail deposit equaling 50 percent of total, within seven days
of confirmation of reservation by phone or e-mail. Balance due on arrival in
cash, money order or traveler's checks. Refund of all but one night's rate on
cancellations made at least 30 days prior to reserved arrival date.
